NOTE: Customers may upgrade to Version 12, Update 7/Summer ‘18 using End-User Web Client functionality with little to no risk as you can go back & forth from Web to Smart Client. This is NOT possible for the Administrative Web Client functionality and therefore the default is for these features to be turned off. We ask that you answer a few questions below and either log a support ticket or contact your account manager if you require assistance with having the Administrative Web Client features turned on.
